General Returns

We don't accept general returns — only items received damaged are eligible.

Damaged Items — How To Claim

1. Email vrpfashionsss@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and your unboxing video.
3. Our team reviews the claim and confirms next steps — replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving a valid proof video.

Lost In Transit

Claims must be raised within 4 days of the expected delivery date. Reverse shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks; the fee matches your original forward shipping cost and is credited back once processed.

Not Eligible For Returns

• No unboxing video available to verify the damage
• Package opened with a sharp object, with no video or courier-cover photos
• Visible courier damage not flagged in writing at the time of delivery
